Peachy Day, a digital health startup, has launched its integrative migraine app to transform care. With 1 in 6 Americans affected by migraine and 95% going undiagnosed or untreated, Peachy Day empowers users to actively participate in their health journey through evidence-based tracking that takes less than a minute a day.
Designed with empathy and ease, the app helps users identify patterns, triggers, and lifestyle factors while providing healthcare providers with the insights they need for more effective care. The app supports patients new to migraine with tools that simplify tracking, support self-advocacy, and promote faster diagnosis and better treatment outcomes.
The Peachy Day team brings a combined 125+ years of experience as migraine patients and 50+ years of experience as headache neurologists. It is backed by leading institutions, including Highmark Health, Allegheny Health Network, Techstars Founder Catalyst, AlphaLab Health, and Stanford Graduate School of Business.
“It takes an average of five years to get a proper migraine diagnosis. Peachy Day blends neurology expertise, accessible design, and smart technology to spark radically small changes to cut migraine frequency and severity,” said Founder and CEO Sophia Fang, a Stanford MBA and chronic migraine patient of 10 years. “We’re creating a common language between patients and doctors from day one, across decades of living with migraine.”
Fang was inspired by her own experience growing up with a mother who struggled with chronic migraine until forced to leave work permanently. After being hospitalized four times for migraine herself, Fang combined her personal story with her background as Head of Marketing at fintech startup Honeycomb Credit to build Peachy Day for the 50+ million Americans who lose time, work, and joy to migraine.
