We are dedicated to improving our platform using only anonymous insights that protect individual privacy. All improvements, new features, and service enhancements are developed without any connection to identifiable user information.

supplemental consumer health data privacy notice

This section supplements the Peachy Day Privacy Policy and applies specifically to Consumer Health Data, as defined under applicable state privacy laws, including the Washington My Health My Data Act (“MHMDA”), Nevada SB 370 (“NV SB 370”), and California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) and California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”).

Peachy Day is committed to protecting your personal information and giving you clear control over how it is used.

Consumer Health Data We Collect

MHMDA defines “consumer health data” to cover any “personal information that is linked or reasonably linkable to a consumer and that identifies a consumer’s past, present, or future physical or mental health.”

NV SB 370 defines “consumer health data” to cover any “personally identifiable information that is linked or reasonably capable of being linked to a consumer and that a regulated entity uses to identify the past, present or future health status of the consumer.”

CCPA & CPRA include “consumer health data” as part of “sensitive personal information” that “identifies, relates to, describes…or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or household.”

We collect health-related data you voluntarily provide through the app, such as:

Headache symptoms, severity, triggers, and duration
Treatment responses and medications
Lifestyle factors like sleep, hydration, stress, and diet
Notes or reflections entered in the Application
Inferences or patterns generated to support headache and migraine care

This information may qualify as Consumer Health Data under certain state laws.
